A friend and I stayed here and the room size was massive compared to what you normally get. The location was perfect and the breakfast whilst not extensive was delicious and you don't really need much more - fresh fruit and bakery items, perfect!
The staff at Aqua Oasis are so wonderful, friendly and helpful. They always have a smile on their faces and are happy to help out with anything!
Would 1000% stay here again :) Thanks so much Aqua Oasis!
AMAZING Staff, Service & Hotel!!!
We stayed here with our 3 young kids for 2 weeks before an international military PCS & from the moment we arrived the wonderful staff looked after us in every way possible!!! We had a tight schedule with all the last minute move stuff & had 2 vehicles to valet at one point. Mike, Mark & Steven made everything smooth & seamless with respect to our huge number of bags, taxis, rentals, timings etc & did so with a grin & a kind word- all the while keeping everything & everyone else on time too. The rooms were beautifully presented & well taken care of each day & the kiddos loved the couple of opportunities they got to enjoy the pool. We would absolutely stay here again in a second & fully recommend it to anyone for business, vacation or prior to a move from Hawaii. Thank you Niki, Mike, Mark, Steven & Analyn for everything you did & do!!! We’ll be back!!! The Dunn’s.
Excellent stay, loved it!
Came here for a weekend getaway with my bf. This place was close to night life and shopping areas in Waikiki. We really enjoyed it here and loved the lobby and breakfast. They have a koi pond which was very relaxing and the staff was very responsive to us and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back to this hotel.
It was just ok
(Gold Coast, Australia)
Stayed here for 5 nights and was a bit disappointed. The rooms were quite good but the breakfast was the pits. I have checked on the cost of this hotel and it is over $400 per night, you would think that a couple of choices of cereal, two choices of fruit, toast, two types of pastries and coffee for breakfast is a bit lousy. On checking in, we were told that there would be a surcharge of USD 25 per day. I enquired about this but they could not tell me what it was for. Apparently this was bought in by the council but it was never enacted into law, so don,t pay it. They can not force you. This applies to all hotels. Someone is making big bucks for nothing.
The staff were all very good and willing to help.It is quite a good hotel. Pity about the breakfadst.
Musty mildew smell, NO!!!
Hotel is old and has musty, mildew smell. Wish we hadn't booked it. Fortunately only 1 night. Don't understand how it can have good reviews. Never again. Also room was too cold, front desk rep literally told me we couldn't turn the air down because mildew would grow!
When you're not out exploring, kickback and chill with amenities like our sundeck and dipping pool. Our hotel offers an intimate boutique experience in a lush open-air setting that's true to its name, Oasis.
