Friendly staff ! Rooms are cool ! American breakfast, it could be better!
Close to the beach ! We stayed two nights and had a lot of fun ! My daughter loved the pool and fish/turtles area ! Good price for sure
The stay was amazing. The hotel did an amazing job of creating an open and welcoming environment. Although the breakfast was inclusive it still had a fresh variety of fruits, AMAZING!!! Valet was very accommodating and punctual. I would like to say a special thank you to Mike Preddy, he was always smiling, nice, and made sure to open the door for me each time. And thank you to all the other team members that helped make my stay enjoyable!!!!
Great hotel / helpful staff
This hotel was excellent. The lady at check-in, Jessica, was really helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well serviced, and it’s in a really good location for getting to beach / shops. Would definitely stay there again
Nice Hotel great position near shops and short walk to beach .Can be a bit noisy being close to night club. Check in was not good as we booked to single beds and they gave us a king bed with a pull out bed and as we are two female friends traveling together and booked our room from Australia month ago this was not good enough’ and it did take a long time to sort out .But overall a nice place to stay very clean and lovely staff.
Good location, average experience
This Aqua Oasis has friendly staff and a good, urban location. However, the hotel feels dated and doesn’t offer the amenities and experience of many of its local competitors.
First impressions weren’t great: entrance regularly smells a little like sewage and has an underwhelming presentation. We weren’t looking for anything too upscale but, for the cost, we were expecting more.
The location is good with shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, and around a 10 minute walk to the beach.
Our room was simple but tidy and had a great balcony.
The pool is quite small and was out of service for our whole stay so we didn’t spend too much time at the hotel as a result. We were still charged the full resort fees despite this.
Overall, for the right price, this hotel is decent enough - but it doesn’t feel like an oasis.
When you're not out exploring, kickback and chill with amenities like our sundeck and dipping pool. Our hotel offers an intimate boutique experience in a lush open-air setting that's true to its name, Oasis.
