This was my 3rd stay here and won't be my last. The hotel is is a great spot close to everything, it's clean and the staff are super nice. We were welcomed back and upgraded to the penthouse which was really nice. All the staff we deal with are so helpful and nice from Nicole at the front desk as well as the other staff at the front desk to Mike and Mark the porters as well as the other gentleman who i'm not sure of his name. Both Mike and Mark remembered us from our previous visit and were very welcoming and helpful with sorting out our transport to the airport. They are always pleasant. Highly recommended. See you next year everyone.
Convenient, Clean and Very Good
(Lake Macquarie, Australia)
This is not a resort hotel but it does a very good job at serving its clients effectively and without pretensions. Breakfasts are good, but don’t expect hot food or a chef turning crepes. The rooms are clean, if a little worn. It’s a couple of blocks to the beach but lots walk passed here on their way for a swim so it’s not too far. It has a small pool and lifts service up to 10 floors. As to convenience it is a block from the main street of Waikiki but more importantly it is opposite the Waikiki Trolley terminus which is under the Galleria complex (ask the doorman for directions as the entry point is a little hidden). The biggest question: “Would we stay here again?” Answer: Yes.
Close to everything that matters
The Aqua Oasis on Lewers is really close to everything that you may want experience in Waikiki. Almost everything in a walking distance (restaurants, bars, malls, beach, and ABC store of course). It looks outdated and needs to be renovated but still workable. Rooms are fine (try to book 2 queens - roomier) and clean. Continental breakfast consists of coffee , milk , some bagels and wheat/white bread along with butter and jelly and some fruits (pineapple, orange, honeydew) . They stop serving precisely at 9:00. IHOP around the conner (Lewers and Kuhio). The down side is the parking charges - US$ 35.00 per day added to resort fee (in case you need some beach towels). Staff OK!
Perfect location to explore Waikiki
The Aqua Oasis is an ideal location if you are staying in Waikiki and don’t have transport as everything is in walking distance. The rooms are fine, clean and serviced daily. The buffet breakfasts are worth it and set you up well for the day. The hotel is good for families, we travelled with 2 small children and had a room with 2 double beds that was fine. If you are planning on spending most of your time at the beach and around Waikiki like us and not in the resort, this is a good option as is more cost effective than the big resorts.
Heart of Waikiki
(Surfers Paradise, Australia)
What a great spot in the heart of Waikiki.
The rooms are dated but clean.
Housekeeping are doing a great job.
Just don’t get a blocked toilet because the guy with the plunger will deliver it to your door and ask you to unblock it.
This is after hours. 10pm.
Mostly in disbelieve I voiced my opinion that’s not my responsibility and credit to front office we got relocated.
To a similar room at a lower level.
Possibly could have been handled better. Maybe training for the staff.
It’s great to see that they are relaxed. But are they toooooo
Anyway I would stay here again.
It’s just what happens.
When you're not out exploring, kickback and chill with amenities like our sundeck and dipping pool. Our hotel offers an intimate boutique experience in a lush open-air setting that's true to its name, Oasis.
