Sight See Under The Sea: Snorkeling

Some of our best sight seeing is underwater. Just put on a mask, snorkel and fins and feel free to stare for hours.

Below Hawaii’s crystal clear, warm waters you will find bright coral reefs, colorful fish, sea turtles, dolphins, and one of the world’s largest population of humpback whales.  If you’re lucky, you may even see a Hawaiian monk seal.

A day in water does not mean a day without volcanoes in Hawaii. You can snorkel in a partially sunken crescent shaped volcanic crater. While you are down there, look out for the state fish of Hawaii, the reef triggerfish, called Humuhumunukunukuapua.

"Snorkeling in Hawaii is like hitting the oceanography jackpot! I saw baby dolphins, fish, turtles and whales, all in one day! Can you believe that?"
