
Here you will find helpful facts and tips about our user account section.
Create an Account
- To create a new account, click on “My Account” in the top right of any page on aquaaston.com (you may need to scroll all the way up to the top of the page), then click the “Sign Up” link
- Enter your first and last name, email address and a password.
- Your email address should be the same one you use to create reservations, so we can match your account to any existing reservations.
- Your password needs to be a least 8 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, a number and a special character (such as !, @, #, $, etc.).
- Click “Sign Up” to submit your account request. This may take a few seconds, but when it has been successfully processed you will see a confirmation message.
- Once you submit your account request, you will receive an email to activate your account. You must click on the link within the email to activate your account.
- If you do not receive the activation email, please check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at 1-855-945-4092.
Reset Your Password
- If you forgot your password, click on “My Account” in the top right of any page on aquaaston.com, then click the “Forgot Password” link
- Enter your email and click “reset password”.
- A reset password email will be sent to you. You must click on the link within the email to reset your password.
- Your password needs to be a least 8 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, a number and a special character (such as !, @, #, $, etc.).
- If you do not receive the reset password email, please check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at 1-855-945-4092.
Log in to Your Account
- To log in to your account, click “My Account” in the top right of any page on aquaaston.com.
- Enter your email address and password that you used to create the account and click “log in”.
View Your Reservations
- Click “My Account” in the top right of any page on aquaaston.com and log in to your account.
- Click on your name in the top right of the page to go to your profile page.
- Click on “Upcoming Trips” or “Previous Trips” to view your reservations.
If you don’t see reservations listed that should be there, verify that you used the same first and last name and email address on your account as you did on your reservations. If you need help getting your reservations to display in your account, please contact us at 1-855-945-4092.
Save Favorites
On most pages within the aquaaston.com website, you will find a heart icon indicating that you can save that page to your favorites to help you in planning your next trip.
Examples:
Simply click on the heart icon to save that page. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in or create an account before you can save the page to your favorites.
In the pop-up box, click the heart to save that page to your favorites or create a Travel Log and save it there.
Create Travel Logs
You may organize your favorites by creating Travel Logs. You may create multiple Travel Logs and share them with others.
Use any of these methods to create a Travel Log:
- Click on a heart icon anywhere within the website. In the pop-up box, click “Create a custom Travel Log +”. Enter a name for the Travel Log and save. Then add any favorites to the new Travel Log.
- On the Favorites page, click “Create a custom Travel Log +”. Enter a name for the Travel Log and save. Then add any favorites to the new Travel Log.
- If you have already added pages to your Favorites, on the Favorites page, click any of the hearts on the images listed, and then click “Create a custom Travel Log +”. Enter a name for the Travel Log and save. You can click on any of the items in your favorites to add them to a Travel Log.
Share a Travel Log
From the Favorites page, click “view my custom travel log”.
Click on the sharing icon on the top right of the page and choose the way you would like to share (email, Facebook, other social media, etc.)
