Yes, there is a safe in each room and we recommend you keep your valuables stored here. If you fail to use the in-room safe, you assume full responsibility for the loss of valuables sustained by you as a result of theft or otherwise unless the loss is due to negligence or fault of the hotel. Lost safe keys will incur a $50.00 charge. A complete copy of the applicable law is posted behind the guest room door and is also available at the Front Desk.

Waikiki Beach is a must-see and conveniently located just two blocks from the hotel. There are 9 Waikiki beaches in total from Kaimana to Fort DeRussy. Waikiki Beach is also a perfect place for beginner surfers, we recommend booking a lesso with Hans Hedemann Surf School to get your feet wet. You can also explore nearby shopping spots like Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and the International Market Place with plenty of hidden gems in the neighborhood.

Yes, a major bus line stops at the corner of our block with several routes that can take you to various beaches, transit centers and nearby towns.
There are many free things to do in Waikiki. Check out Hawaii Free Tours and of course, access to all Hawaiian beaches are free outside of extra activities, lessons, and equipment rentals. Many hiking trails are also free and so is the Dole Plantation.

The world-famous surf 'n' turf restaurant, Duke's Bar & Grill, is two blocks away. They have great vegetarian options and stellar beachfront views. Our team also loves Musubi Cafe for on-the-go rice balls, Pit Stop Hawaii Food Truck for their kahlua pork tacos, and Matcha Stand MAIKO for matcha-based desserts and drinks.
