As Aqua-Aston’s Chief Commercial Executive, Lang leads Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Distribution, and Reservations teams. She inspires growth, drives performance, and fosters collaboration, unlocking the organization's full commercial potential. Lang has held senior roles at The LJS Group, Crescent Hotels & Resorts, AHG, Morgans Hotel Group, Starwood, and Hyatt.
Widely recognized as a seasoned leader in the global hospitality industry, Port has more than 30 years of corporate investment, acquisition, finance, and real estate development experience. He is responsible for new business development and the expansion of Aqua-Aston Hospitality, in both existing and new markets, and the optimization of our current portfolio of hotels and resorts found in Hawaii, the Continental U.S., and Costa Rica.
As Senior Vice President of Operations, Tom serves on the executive committee and oversees all property and site operations. He guides strategy, ensures operational excellence, and leads the operations team, Maui Condo & Home, and condo administration groups, including Association relations. Tom brings extensive hospitality experience from senior leadership roles with Kimpton Hotels, Sonesta Hotels and Resorts as well as a lengthy journey at multiple Four Seasons Hotels.
Wakatsuki provides human resources leadership and oversight relating to employee/labor relations, compensation and benefits, and recruitment/hiring for managed properties of Aqua-Aston and its corporate office. Prior to this, Wakatsuki was the corporate director of human resources for Outrigger Enterprises Group.
