Visiting the Jurassic Park filming locations can be as much of an adrenaline rush as seeing the films. In Kauai, take a helicopter to view Manawaiopuna Falls, the epic waterfall from the film. Or pretend to be chased by dinosaurs through the grassy fields depicted in the movie.

  2. The Descendants

Fans of Hawaii Five-O will instantly recognize Iolani Palace. The exterior of the palace was used to establish the show’s police department headquarters. In real life, Iolani Palace is far from a police department; it is the only royal palace in the US. You can tour the palace to learn more about Hawaii’s rich history.

  5. Blue Crush

Visit the Ehukai Beach (Pipeline),  the beach at the climax of Blue Crush, where Kate Bosworth rides the massive, gnarly waves. However, don’t attempt to recreate that scene. As you may have learned from the movie, these waves should be left to the professionals.

  6. Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark
Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark

Who can forget the iconic scene where Harrison Ford swings through the air on a thick rope in Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark?  Be the hero of your own story when you swing from the very same rope at Kipu Ranch.
