Flexible Reservations Policy

In response to changing marketplace conditions, Aqua-Aston Hospitality is committed to ensuring our customers enjoy the most flexibility we can offer during these challenging times.
Aqua-Aston managed hotels and resorts offer flexible reservations with free cancellation up to 3PM, 3 days before arrival. Cancellations received within 72 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of one room night plus tax. Some exclusions apply. Reservations for stays during the year-end holiday period are subject to different cancellation policies - please refer to individual booking policies when making a reservation, or to your confirmation email on existing bookings.
- Reservations with pre-paid rates and other limited exclusions will be subject to the rate offer rules communicated at the time of reservation.
- Cancellation of reservations with pre-paid rates are non-refundable.
- We will allow changes to reservations with pre-paid rates up to 72-hours before the scheduled arrival date. Changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
This policy does not apply to travel associated with a Group booking. For guests with Group reservations (e.g. for meetings, events, or conferences), please review the booking rate rules and contract the group organizer for more information.
Please note:
- Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies. Reservations made with third parties (including online travel agencies like Expedia, Booking, TripAdvisor and others) can only be modified by contacting the third party directly. Reservations made directly with hotels and resorts can be modified by the Front Desk team at those hotels and resorts.
