Just returned from Hawaii after 8 days. We booked through Waikiki Beach Rentals. There was 28 of us staying in the hotel in various rooms on various floors. It was great that we could view pics of the rooms before we picked which one we wanted. We were on the 16th floor and had awesome views over the marina and beach. The condo was super quiet and there was no noise from down below or the elevators which we were one room away from. Having a keypad to get into the room was another bonus as we didn't have to worry about keys. The condo itself was really nice. Clean and tidy. Because this is a private room it was not serviced but we just washed our towels halfway through the week in the laundry located on our floor. Just a short walk to the beach and we also had the pool downstairs - we swam in both everyday. The bed was super comfortable. Everything is within walking distance and there was a small superette type store in the lobby as well as an ABC convenience store right across the road. And a McDonalds!! There is plenty of places to eat and drink. I can't really say anymore and we will definitely be back.
Really enjoyed our stays-

One room suite right near Marina and around the corner from Waikiki beach. Avoid the street-front rooms if you don't want traffic noise. Good restaurant and shops right there. Valet parking took good care of us too.
Great stay for Honolulu Tri

I chose this Hotel to be close to the Honolulu Triathlon event location, and this was perfect. Had a great view over the Marina to the park area where my race was to start/finish. Hotel looks as tho it needs a bit of a birthday as was a bit dowdy, but I will still go back there again. Great location. Great staff.
The location is decent but the suite itself could have been better

We stayed 8 nights on the 25th floor. The convenience is about the only reason I’m giving this a 3/5 rating. Pros: The 2 bedroom suite works well for 5. The walk to the beach isn’t bad The housekeeping staff was friendly Cons: It was difficult to maintain an even temperature throughout the whole suite. There are wall air conditioning units in each of the bedrooms and one in the main living area. Our teenage son slept on the pullout but the temperature never seemed very cool while the bedrooms were chilly. We had a 12”circle where the carpet was somehow worn through even though it seemed the suite wasn’t that outdated. The TV in the master suite wouldn’t work the last 2 days. The kitchen was small for 5. Our sheets and pillowcases sometimes didn’t looked properly washed. Being on the corner of Ala Moana there would be a lot of traffic noise (they can’t really help that) If we come back to Waikīkī we will be finding other accommodations I’m afraid.
Excellent place to stay
We had a 10 night stay in one of the private apartments #1507 Easy keyless access to the unit made check in a breeze. The unit was very clean and the view of the city and mountains was amazing. We loved the convenience of being to cook some of our meals in the kitchen to save some money. The beds were very comfortable. The only feedback to give is that the air conditioner is very noisy but other than that we loved it! The Ilikai is fantastic, with a convenience store in the Lobby and we absolutely loved the coffee from the cafe and the amazing food and cocktails from Cinnamons bar and restaurant. The Illikai is also so close to lots of other great restaurants and cafes and super close to the lagoon, beach and Ala Moana Shopping Center. We will definitely be back to stay, thank you and Mahalo 😄
