My go-to hotel
I’ve booked with this hotel for family staycation, for anniversary, for friends get together, and even just by myself and I have never been disappointed. It has been my go-to hotel for any occasion. The customer service is amazing and hotel is a true hidden gem. I’ve always loved my experiences at the aqua oasis over any grand hotel. I will always continue to book with this hotel.

My fiancé and I stayed here for our trip to Waikiki in June. Our entire experience was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. The garden, pool, and pond in the lobby is adorable, the guest service agents were all beyond helpful, housekeeping was amazing, the room was great (especially that tub!), and the location was convenient for everything in Waikiki. We often just walked everywhere! We would stay here again next time we visit!

The Aqua Oasis is a clean, well positioned hotel which allows a visitor to easily enjoy the Waikiki scene at more affordable prices. We found the staff to be uniformly friendly and helpful. Rooms were reasonably sized and the beds were comfortable. All in all, great value for the money!. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!

Lets get the negative out of the way. The hotel is a bit dated and could use a refreshing. Now for the positives. The staff is amazing. Each and every person we encountered did a great job. The hotel is very clean and while dated the rooms are comfortable. Do use their chairs and towels for the beach. The breakfast is simple but well worth it. They have a washer and dryer and will store your luggage for a later flight. They will arrange for a taxi to airport for $35, and yes it is worth it. The location is great. It is about 1/2 mile to beach but right on major shopping and in very easy access to public transportation.
The mattresses were the worst
I been to 8 hotels in the last 3 years, and this one had the worst mattresses. I stayed there for 5 days and back pain became a thing. I'm in my 30s. Location is great, best location in the City. Everything else was acceptable besides the mattresses. If I charged 2000 per week , I would make sure I had the most expensive mattresses in the room; they went cheap on the mattresses.
